On the other side

I woke up from surgery a couple hours ago and all went well! When I arrived at the doctor's office, the nurse had me fill out paperwork, take my vitals and my blood, pee in a cup, and take some before pictures. She took me to the consult room where Dr Sonntag met with me and answered any last minute questions I had. He told me they decided on 465cc which is so perfect. It's in between the sizes I was hoping to get. I then went off to the OR where I was hooked up to an IV and before I knew it I was awake in the recovery room! It was easy peasy. The nurse told me I talked to them while I was under and told her I was having a dream about Bambi. LOL.

When I first woke up I was feeling some heaviness, tightness, and pressure. The nurse gave me some meds and I felt much better after that. I get sporratic tings of pain and quite a bit of tightness, but it's not unbearable.
I haven't had a chance to look at them yet. I will post some pics later on today or tomorrow when I get a chance!

Getting Anxious

OMG I can't stop thinking about having big boobs in just a few days! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. These next few days are going to be rough!
I ordered a post op bra from Brilliant Contours and I got an XS. I'm thinking it might be too small, so I'm going to get another one in a different size just in case! I also want to get vitamins, supplements, and healthy food to aide in the healing process. Any suggestions on what I should get?

I have been self conscious about the size of my boobs since high school and have been wanting to get a BA since then. I found the RealSelf website and started browsing through it about 9 months ago. The women on here have helped me so much in my journey! It's so inspiring seeing what all of you have gone through. I hope my posts will help other women who are looking into getting this procedure done. My BA is scheduled for 4/13/16 and I am more than excited! I have lost about 10 lbs over the past 9 months and my boobs got much smaller. I am currently a size 34A, weigh 118 lbs, and I'm 5'4". I want to be a full D when I am done with the procedure, so I am going with either 450cc or 475cc. My doctor said he would try to fit 475cc, so we will see!
