38yo 1st IPL Session

I must admit, I was scared to get an IPL treatment done after reading some reviews. The stories of the excruciating pain some complained about almost made me change my mind. I found out that all that anxiety was for nothing. It was uncomfortable but tolerable. I have fair to medium skin and had noticeable dark spots as well as broken blood vessels around my nose. After just one treatment the redness around my nose is reduced by more than 50% and I struggle to find any dark spots. I’m going on for a second appointment next week to work on the redness and to see if any more dark spots pull up. I’m so in love with this treatment. I haven’t left the house without foundation in years because of my uneven skin tone. I now go out bare faced looking as good as I did with the coverage.
