Going into this surgery, I was honestly so nervous. I had never had surgery before, and I was horrified that I would have unnatural looking results. I did not want huge and obviously fake boobs, but I did not want to continue being flat chested either. Now that it has been over 4 months since my surgery, I can genuinely look back knowing I made the BEST decision ever to get my breast augmentation.
For my surgery I went to Dr. Bryan Sonntag in Southern Salt Lake City, Utah. They gave me great customer service, and Dr. Sonntag patiently listened to me explain exactly what I wanted, and answered allllllllll my many questions regarding the procedure. I am very satisfied with my results, especially considering one of my breasts was slightly tubular and asymmetrical.

Your new boobies are looking sooooo amazing! Did you get round or anatomical implants? And how much CCs? :)

Thank you!! Mine are Round Mod Plus, Silicone. I had 375cc left, and 400cc right to make up for asymmetry. Before my surgery I thought that sounded HUGE, but I honestly could have probably gone a little bigger like 400 and 425, but I'm really happy with my results!!

can you elaborate more specifically as to what you had done (unders, overs, incision kind, size in cc's) and kind (silicone or saline)...knowing these factors is extremely helpful. and btw, they look fabulous!!!!

Thank you so much!! I'm going to add all this info to my profile because I totally forgot! But to answer your questions, I got Silicone unders (I wanted them to look more natural because I was so flat chested), and an aureola incision (The scars are so small and not noticeable, but I would probably recommend the underboob incision to someone instead), and 375cc left and 400cc right to make up for asymmetry!

Of course!! So I had Round Moderate Plus implants. I went with Mod Plus because I felt that moderate was too flat to make a big enough difference and high profile was too unnatural looking! I'm loving my mod plus! Because my breasts were slightly asymmetrical (one being slightly larger and slightly tubular) I had two different implant sizes. I had 375cc Left, 400cc right. When I original went into the doctors office I had told him I didn't want to go bigger than 325cc cause I did not want huge unnatural looking boobs, and 400cc seemed huge to me, but I am SO glad I went bigger. I probably should have even done 400 and 425, but I'm happy either way :) My implants are silicone, which I definitely suggest. It has taken almost the whole four months for them to really soften, but they are finally starting to feel soft and natural-like. Here are some quick stats so you know my situation really well! Implant Type: Mod + Silicone Size: 375cc left, 400cc right Height: 5'4" Weight: 135lbs Pre-Op size: 34B Post Op: 32DD -- (I got sized at VS today and was SO excited to be a 32DD!)

That's awesome! Thank you so much for getting back to me. We are so similar! I am 5'8" 145lbs 34B and am getting smooth round silicon unders. I am making myself crazy over size but think I will go with 375 or 400...yikes!

At first I was very shy about putting actual topless photos on this site, but hey it's anonymous and if it helps other people make their decision about breast augmentation, then hey why not post some photos! Yes, my breasts were asymmetrical, and my left breast was slightly tubular. So although I LOVE my results, no surgery could ever have made them perfectly identical, which is a part of life I have to accept! But I'm still so happy regardless of any asymmetry I may still have. My sternum is also concave (dips in a little bit), just FYI! :)
