I really like mine a lot. I went in that morning and I went to a baseball game that night. They were tight for a week or two but I can honestly say it was never really painful (besides when you lay on them) and I was not groggy after the procedure like i am with all the other times i have been put out. I usually wake up vomiting but I had no issues with that at all. They don't feel super natural but they are NOT natural breasts so I don't think they should feel natural especially when going from a small A with hardly any breast tissue to a big C. if you want natural feeling breasts then don't get an augmentation.
