Saline Breast Implants

I recently had 450cc. I am a week out of surgery and I'm worried because they seem uneven to me. Does anyone have advice or input for me? Is this just the swelling? Or part of the healing process? Thanks I'm advance.

I have saline implants as well. 300 (R) 325 (L) my right side is SO much larger than my left with more. I called today and they told me it is still too early and there could still be a lot of swelling needing to go down. They also told me if one is sitting a little higher than the other, it tends to give an illusion that one is bigger than the other. They told me they won't do any revisions until 6 months and if the right is still much larger, they will do local anesthesia and fill the right up more. I'm trying not to worry and give my body time to heal and learn patience. Give it time.
