I am 4 months post op and my lower abdomen is still fairly numb and swollen. I still have a lot of loose flabby skin everywhere! Not a good thing.... I'm very petite and when I got measured recently for a bra at Victoria's Secret I was 32DDD! It blew me away! I've heard their sizes seem to be different tho. Funny thing is that my clothes all still fit and I wore a 34 C (padded) before surgery! So don't worry too much about bra size as long as you look good in your clothes!

Thank you for your response, my clothes feel weird when I don't wear my compression garment

How's the healing at 3 months? Any better with the numbness yet?

I have read and heard it usually takes fro 3 months to a year. There are small bundles of nerves that need to regenerate in order for sensation to return

My new shapewear

User Avatar

So I bought the Maidenform Shapewear Instant Slimmer Waistnipper to wear instead of having to pull down or unsnap every time I go to the bathroom. I found it to be very comfortable to wear, however at the end of the day my pubic area was extremely swollen...it was very strange looking and feeling. I am not sure whether to continue wearing this garment or not, I really like it, just not the swelling. What do you think?

Wow! You look amazing! What cup size were you before your surgery and what are you now? Congratulations on everything and I can't wait to see you on the flat side!

I was a 36- B before surgery, I have no idea what I am now I am still wearing those sports bras until I am cleared to wear a normal one. I did measurements and according to my numbers I am a 36-DD but I do not think I look like all boobs, but I am a stout lady. I am excited for you, I have no regrets at all! I just wanted you to be 100% certain on your implant sizes before you did it. I know everyone is different in their likes and dislikes...I just want to make sure you are happy and not end up wishing you went larger, of course I do not know what your cup size is currently. just food for thought only you can know what makes you happy :-) You will love the Flat Side!!!!!

Thanks! I am built a lot like you, very wide frame and I'm also currently a 36B. I really only wanted to go up to a full C so I think it'll come out well. You look awesome and I'm looking forward to more of your updates.
