36yo, Mom to 3 Kids (2boys 1girl) Ready to Be "Lighter"

So i am not sure where to start or how to start so here goes. I have been big in the chest most of my life. I remember in 5th grade being the only girl needing a bra. I remember in middle and high school being watched in gym class by the boys cause my boobs bounced more during jumping jacks. It was horrible. I have gotten made fun of, talked about and just felt very bad about myself for them. I am looking to get them reduced in May and am excited but after reading some reviews here i am scared.

I asked to look into getting them reduced years ago and when i never heard from the PS office, i called them and was rudely told that they wouldnt even consult with me cause of my weight. (it was a lot better then than it is now) It was a hard thing to hear and a low blow to my already horrible self-esteem. So i didnt do anything about it til the end of last year. I mentioned to my dr about wanting to look into it again and within a week she had a PS office call me and consult with me. I went in expecting them to say no cause of my weight (which i am currently working on and am down 20lbs) but they didnt. Once i took my shirt off to show them my boobs, they agreed that it was too much for someone to handle. So after insurance sent the approval we set the date.

They wanted it to do it this coming week (15) but my hubby had asked to wait til May for job reasons and it was be easier to take the time off to help. We have three kids (11yo boy, 6yo boy, 5yo girl) so i will need some help. I am just excited at the idea of having smaller chest and not having a back hurting all the time. I dont know for sure what size i will be after. I heard him say he would take about 1000 out of one and 1100 out of another. I am currently a 50H.

I cant wait to see what size i am and what kinds of clothes i can fit into. I know i have a ways to go with my weight but not having so much weight on top will help. Right now i am in a 3xl shirt some times cause of my chest. I wanna find clothes easier. Excited to get this going. I will be back later to update and of course afterwards. I am dying for more info from them.......Welp. excited!!!!

So we are less than 30 days away and I feel freaked out. I hate not know what to expect. I called my PS office last week and asked about some meds I was on and they were surprised I didn't have a pre OP appt scheduled so I got one which makes me feel better. I am so ready though. Tried to order some tanks and then tried to get some in store and they dont fit. Darn noobs are too big. Anyways. Update soon :)

My surgery is on Thursday. Holy poop. I am so scared and nervous. Anything I need to know going in? I feel like I dont have all I need. Ugh. Here we go.
