Just started the Obagi and retin a treatment for melesama, anti aging and texture issues. First week noticed improvement on texture face is way smoother. Haven't seen improvement yet for the dark spots. FYI I like my rosacea because it looks like flush. This treatment will not touch the redness. I will update when I hit 6 weeks.

Hi Kanewc, I have also started the obagi treatment for the same issues. My dermatologist at Elanic Clinic has not yet prescribed me the retin a as I am away on holiday soon. Will be starting in 4 weeks time and really excited to see the results. I hope I can see something soon :) keep posting on your progress. Good luck
Thank you so much for your kindness in leaving this review. I think you will note even greater results in the upcoming weeks and you can always increase the degree of improvement even more with some medium depth (and relatively inexpensive) chemical peels.
On a personal note, I strive to seek the least expensive, least invasive options which will be of benefit for patients. After over thirty years of doing this, I find that this approach will hopefully result in high patient satisfaction.
