I was curious so I looked at the websites. Reminds me of the Lifestyle lifts. Lots of hype and unbelievable pics, until they finally went out of business after a bunch of lawsuits. I think that if they focus on sales and promise over-the-top results, best beware! Nothing wrong with going in for a consult, as long as you leave your checkbook and credit cards at home! If it's the same type of thing, it's a hard sales technique that is designed to have you putting down money that day!

susan19713. Hi! I can assure you his surgical results are the REAL DEAL. I'm 66 and posted my review on Real Self titled, "Turning Back The Clock". The pictures posted are all taken by me on my cell phone. Dr Drehsen is a perfectionist. I joked with him that he's a little OCD and that was exactly what I wanted with a surgeon! hahahaha Dr Drehsen performed a Refresher Lift on me as well as a brow lift, fat transfer to the cheek and lip areas and a ZOControlled Depth Chemical Peel. He took A LOT OF YEARS off my appearance. I saw him last week for a regular scheduled post-op follow up appointment. My scars are hard to find! He went over them lightly with a little laser to improve them even more. I couldn't be happier. There was absolutely no hard sell! Don't leap to the assumption his practice is any way like those shady Lifestyle Lift places! I mentioned to the doctor that my Real Self review was getting some nice comments. He didn't even know I posted one! He said he hasn't looked at Real Self in a long time. If you're still researching who to trust, he's one of the best out there!

Oh asked about cost; for the refresher - seems to be a ballpark figure of around $20,000. He's THE most expensive surgeon I consulted with. After your "tailored to your specific needs" surgery every small thing he does is charged for. I was told it worth it if you want the best results.
