WORTH IT
My experience with Dr. Elias and her staff has been amazing! Since my first visit I knew I was with the right doctor who listened and provided me "honest" feedback and direction. I completed my breast reduction with adominal lipo and let's just say ,"I feel like a new woman,"even through my healing process that's going very well!" Dr. Elias thank you soooo much. "If you want a great doctor with the best caring staff, Dr. Elias!!! Blessings....

4th Week Post-op
GM!!! I had my stitches removed on Monday and it went pretty good. I thought I would screen out loud at times but Nurse Debra keep her coaching great!! "Like Butter, like butter she kept saying to me!" Meaning they would all come right out! Most did but not all of them! They're out! YES!! Again, I think the outcome of this all is how you follow the doctor and nurses orders! Thus, is the best website ever to research, prepare and get "Real" answers. This surgery was a need, not a want for me and now I get to return to work next week. I'm soo ready! Blessings....

3rd wk recovery
I first want to thank RealSelf.com for this awesome website! How amazing to get additional support, answers and be able to read and visually see stories.
Now if I would have followed directions by Debra & Nancy of Dr. Elias"s office to start at the beginning I would be up to date but better late then never!
I had my 3rd week post-op apt on 10/17 and things went great but I'm healing slow around the "T" area. I got scared when I saw this but I guess this is normal for some. I do know everybody body is different and will heal differently. Just please anyone follow your drs orders which is sometimes hard when your the backbone of the family with minimal help. I just pray I continue to heal.
I wasn't able to get my stitches out this wk but hopefully next week.
Any questions from anyone?? lol I tell you I'm a very strong person as my family saids but you really put to test! In the end I'm so happy I had my BR that I prayed on for many years and after constant back/shoulder pain, injection this was the procedure to have.
My next goal is to continue in my healthy eating habits and once I'm full recovered enough start some excersing.

4th Post Op
10/31 f/u apt, released, returned to work on 11/1. My first few days have been challenging with lots of warm, sharp sensational sensitive feelings but I know this will past and it's part of things "waking up" and getting back in order!! It's definitely a challenge but it's worth it. "I look "FABULOUS ." I'm soo happy to be back at work to get my body back use to a daily routine and get that blood flowing. The shower gives me lots of comfort and relief. I made it through this first week!!!!
I just can't thank my PS Dr. Elias staff Debra & Nancy enough! You know discomfort can make you delusional at times but they have just been the best at giving me the "REAL" coaching, guiding and getting me through this. Thank you ladies! Last, I thank GOD for my Mom, who has enjoyed this journey and learned and saw soo much! Blessings...

"Just Beautiful"
I had my 4 Month Post-Op last week on 2/7 and I could not be more happier! This was the best thing I could have done for myself and with my great doctor, who could ask for more. I just want to say thank you to Dr Elias who in soo many ways changed my life and made my experience soo comfortable with an amazing outcome! Check me out before and look how "Fabulous" things are coming along! As Dr. Elias says to me, that I love to hear; "Your not done yet!"
