WORTH IT$11,000
After having 2 children and deciding we were done, it was time to do something for myself. I had major asymmetry in my opinion. One breast was fuller looking than the other and sagged more causing asymmetry in nipple position as well. Dr. Benedetti has been an absolute professional from day 1. I decided to go with him after doing a lot of research and visiting several surgeons. He was simply the whole package. Great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, no long waits in the waiting room and took his time addressing all of my concerns and answering all of my questions. I'm now 12 days post op and am wet happy with what I see so far. I will try to back track and post progress pics from day 1 to the present.

Day 1 was ROUGH. I woke up from surgery with just pressure on my chest, but once the pain kicked in... WOW! My awesome husband was only giving me 1 Percocet at a time even though it said I could take 2, so once we fixed that, the pain became more tolerable. The most difficult part of the next few days was not being able to sleep comfortably and getting in and out of bed.
By day 3-4 I was feeling much better and the pain had diminished greatly for me. I was able to shower after 48 hours and that felt great! I was able to take off the first layer of gauze and could see that the girls looked symmetrical already! Obviously very high and hard, but dropping and softening takes time. The next week after that is kind of a blur. I've been using my time at home to clean out the kids closets and drawers, boring I know, but feels good, lol. My mom has been my saving grace during this time. She has been helping to take care of my 16 month old since I can't lift anything over 10 lbs. for at least 4 weeks. Here are some pics from day one to today so you can see the progress. Yesterday PS removed the steri strips and replaced it with something lighter. Scars are healing very nicely!
I guess I should include stats!
5'5" 135lbs.
475 cc's Natrelle style 20 silicone gel in each side along with a lollipop lift.

You look awesome I'm trying to find a friend who will be having the same or had the same I am scheduled to have a vertical lift as well and 475 silicone implant :) I'm kinda worried about the wounds opening after seeing some graphic stuff on this site lol ! I am 5'7 and weigh 165 had two babies and lost 100 pounds when u was a teen so my breast need work ! You are one of the better stories I have seen who had what I will be having ! How did u pick your size do u like the 475cc ?? Thank you

Thank you so much! My PS really is amazing. He's very conservative and takes his time to make it right. I really left the size up to him. No told him I wanted whatever was proportionate to my body. I said I didn't want smaller than what was in there (325), but also still wanted to look classy if I wore anything low cut in the front. He said that he tried different sizers during surgery and that this size fit my new pocket the best. Keep us updated on your surgery, good luck!

I'm a mum too my op is next week having implants changed from 420 cc to 485 cc HP Alligan with uplift my last op was 2009...wish I'd have had an uplift first time. Thanks for posting your story it has really helped me good luck..Oh Stats 5'6" 154 lb... Question also I go to gym classes every day how long realistically until I can go back anyone know??
January 21, 2016
I had 325 Silicone implants removed that were overfilled to around 340 my PS said. I too usually go to the gym 3 days a week and I believe my PS said minimum 6 weeks before I could go back. Good luck with your surgery, keep us updated!

Oops, meant saline removed, not silicone^^^ the pain with an augmentation was not even close to how much more painful the lift was. It honestly only lasted a couple of days for me though and once I started taking the pain medication right before it kicked in it wasn't so bad.

Wow, they look amazing! My surgery is scheduled next week, I'm praying mine look as god as yours!. How was the pain after? I'm replacing old implants with a lift and new ones. I don't remember being in a lot of pain 8 years ago but that was just for implants.

Thank you! Pain was definitely worse with the lift, but became more manageable after a couple of days :). Good luck with your surgery!

I see the PS said minimum of 4 weeks no lifting. I have a 16 month old also. Dr. B told me minimum 2 weeks but I'm planning on at least 2 1/2 weeks. I'm having a lift with implants. Hoping this is realistic because 4 weeks is definitely not realistic for me.

Yesterday was 2 weeks. They look like they're starting to drop. From what I can see the incisions appear to be healing nicely. The rich one appears to be dropping faster than the left, but I expected that considering he had more work to do on the left. I'm very hopeful of excellent results. My next post op appointment is on 2/4. I will update again then unless anything significant occurs before then ;)
