Run away from Dr Drehsen Saint Petersburg, FL

PO report

So, I requested my PO report from Dr Drehsen ,so I'm hoping to get it soon. I had some consults in Miami , I'm so happy because the problem with my nose is only cosmetic, the out side only not damages done to it so that's a relive but they told me Dr. Drehsen was very aggressive . So I would not recommend him for nose . Dr Ghesi ,Krau and Bustillo are all very good. I still want to consult with Dr Spencer in Dallas and Dr Kridel in Houston. I was very impress with Dr. Ghesi very knowledgeable ,caring, didn't rush my consult, made himself available to me at any time if I have any other questions I really like him.

Hey you should check out non surgical nose jobs, considering the way your nose looks you may be a good candidate, they will fill out the weird spots that your reason op has left you with and give you a natural appearance I feel like your nose will only get worse as its been under surgery twice, just a suggestion best of luck.

They are called non surgical nose jobs and often used in cases like this-touch ups after nose surgery. I feel like ur surgeons might be trying to make money tbh :( cuz they are much cheaper but very common at least where i live. Just type in non surgical nose job in real self and see the results my fear is that bc u have had so many surgeries ur nose cant handle much more this may be a really good solution its a very simple procedure compared to rhinoplasty as well
They use fillers like radiesse or juvederm for this btw lol
Yes , thats a nice thought but will cost me way too much to get fillers for the rest of my life but was nice of you to suggest and I appreciated .The Dr wants to fix exactly like that with cartalage from my own body or if more is necessary cadaver. My nose is good the Dr sad the only reason is looking like this is because my skin is thin. But the tip will have to be re done to lower my nostrils. Thank you

Please be aware that if you put these fillers in your nose and you still want to get a revision rhinoplasty, that you will have to wait even longer for your revision. The surgeon has to wait until enough of the filler has sufficiently dissolved over time in order to operate.
Very true i was making the suggestion in place of another revision since shes already had that without success, with the right surgeon and an addition of cartilage a great revision is possible. Personally 3 nose jobs and a cartilage graft seems like hell to me but if shes fine/ can afford it best of luck

I got my nose done with Dr. Bustillo four years ago and he did a desent and natural job. My nose was horrible before so the results were a great improvement.During my first few consultations with him he let me watch while he removed the cast from a revision that he has performed about five days prior and the results were beautiful and very natural
That's nice to hear it, did you have any grafts like ear or rib ? I've my second consultation in September. Kids always made fun of my nose when I was a kid, as I grow older I totally forgot about my nose untill this smuck , I asked him to remove the bump thats all he went crazy on it. Any ways I just hope my review helps others. Thanks for letting me know about Dr. B and I hopefully that's something that can be done to fix it.

Did you ever ask for post op procedure papers to see what was done. It looks like he did a major cephalic trim and not a dome suturing technique . This is causing the nostrils to retract I believe . You don't have enough cartilage support
Not yet, but if any Dr ask for it I will get it.
Ask for it now. What are you waiting for? Call Monday and ask. If it were me I would want to know why my nose is looking the way it is if I were unhappy. It's very useful for your next surgeon to also have the info.

I have similar issues and I think you should definitely ask for the OP report. It was scary for me to ask for mine but I finally did it over email and they sent it to me.
No questions asked.
Just be adamant in your request.
Trust me, you need to know what they did.
It is a healthy bit of knowledge that will be useful to anyone involved in your revision.
I see you want your revision asap but DONT RUSH because you may end up having to get a second revision. I've had to deal with my nose for almost 5.5 years and have lost a good chunk of my youth to this ridiculous rhino nonsense.
I have to make sure FOR Certain that I at least do everything in my power to get the highest rate of success this second time around.
Make sure you do the same and never settle for less than what the best can do for you.

Consult

Tomorrow is my consult with Dr. Bustillo.I'm very exited finally I will get this fixed. I've been hiding avoiding mirrors . I can't wait to get the nose I always wanted . I'm sure he's able to deliver the help I need.

Yeah, I want this nose gone !!!! So far , yes he's the best, and expeciallizes in revision , he produces wonderful results. Thats all I need Girl and want this done ASAP . I read a review one menber here coosed Dr. Jeffrey over him she regretted . I will be talking with him at 5 today !!!! and I hope I'm right !!!!! I've been very impressed with he's results.
