Not much to update except that my scars are healing well. Still continuing my workout regiment and maintaining my weight. Lost a few pounds last month but gained it back---more than likely all muscle weight since I lost inches and clothes are continuing to be loose on me. I'm almost a size 8...still a little uncomfortable when I try the size on. So before surgery size 12 now close to size 8. Progress!

Hello RS ladies!

Sorry I've been MIA here at RS. Not much going on with me except for keeping my routine going. I've been back at CrossFit but not as much as I expected to. After each session, I would swell for two days...yikes. So I've only been doing it once or twice a week and supplement it with Yoga and Pilates. I've also tried to walk at least 4-6 miles a week. I've been watching what I eat but not obsessive about it. I still wear my beloved CG nightly. I swear I think I will have separation anxiety once I quit wearing it. As for weight, I was in the low 170s after surgery, broke through the 160s now and I am fit to be tied to break the 150s....trying hard. Slow and steady is my motto. I still have numbness around my TT incision area but have improved since surgery. I'm a happy C cup which was what a wanted. Here are a couple of photos of before and after at 3 months post op. My initial consultation was done last year. Dr. Prada said that I was a good candidate for the TT due to excess flabby skin around my middle area. I also asked about a breast lift and breast augmentation. He listened to my concerns and gave feedback on what will work and not work for me. Ultimately my breast size will be determined by the breast lift. I am hoping for a full C. At this time, it will range between 270cc to 360cc depending on what the Dr. will deem appropriate. I figured he's done this so many times that he knows what is best. The staff at the office is great. I can't complain.
