One more thing....

I am also getting upset b/c I am still in my same size jeans I was before surgery. I'm not seeing any differences week to week. I keep reading stories of people dropping sizes or at least their previous clothes being big on them. Just wondering if I am really going to see any difference except for having tighter skin.

Question? Swelling out of no where????

Ok yes I'm still swelling in the evenings but more just bloated swelling this past week. Today I put my jeans on and thought hmmmm this is weird, the were snugger than this week when I wore. Ok no big deal. Half way through my day I just "feel" as I'm getting bigger. I unbutton my pants and pulled them down and I see indentions in my belly from my jeans and they stayed for a while. I don't understand how all of a sudden I have swelling not like anything before. No salt, no extra activity than I have been doing. I just don't understand how 5 weeks out swelling like this? Is this normal? I though swelling gets less and less?

6 weeks post op.....I am at the finish line yet?

Well this is just taking longer than I imagined in my head. Swelling isn't to bad, just feel bloated like a period in evenings. I have gone all week w/o my binder except for my jogs and 1 exception. I have been light jogging 4x's this week 30min each. I'm getting faster but have notice my stomach has been better sore more each day. Yesterday called office and was told at this point in recovery I really can't do any damage and that my pain was from engaging muscles that haven't been used in a long time. I feel like I did a million crunches all right in my belly button area. So last night I decided to wear my binder to sleep just to help protect my tummy from all the twisting I do at night. And I do feel better today. I'm going to continue to do my jogging at least 5 days a week is my goal. I'm doing this outside so there are hills and it's cold. I hope this will help with toning up my stomach more. I am now at 143. PS wants 140, I want 135. I have lots of energy and feel like myself till about 6pm, then I am exhausted and just want to lay around. So still in recovery mode. I don't think I'm seeing any huge changes but still taking pics. I am even wondering if I am going to go down at all in pants size. My tightest pair fit me, more comfortably and w/o the need for spanx to cover my cupcake top. So we shall see what will be at the end but still happy with results. Just waiting to feel my normal self and I would say I am 90-95% myself. I love my bb and hubby love the breast ;)
