In 2011, I decided that I'd had enough with ill-fitting clothing and swimwear. I began putting money aside and started doing what I do best before making a decision - research. From January to October, I'd study up on doctors in Missouri and the surrounding states. Photos, reviews left by patients, grading scales, cost comparisons, procedures, and recovery were all taken into account. Hours upon hours were spent in finding a surgeon who could give me the results I'd always hoped for. During this time, Renaissance Plastic Surgery in St. Peters, Missouri became a reoccurring location in my searches. The before and after photos were in line with the results I desired to achieve along with the cost.
Still, to this day, I remember picking up the phone in the living room and making the initial call to set up a consultation. The receptionist was thorough and listened when I spoke. She was patient and kind.
The following week, I went in for a consultation, and the front desk receptionist was just as wonderful. I was promptly greeted with a welcoming smile and had a very short wait time. I met with the nurse and Dr. Mark Boschert and immediately knew they were the right fit for my high expectations. I came in with a notebook full of questions that they answered, they also allowed me to feel the different implant types and showed me images that I hadn't seen prior. The consultation took about an hour and once it was over I went to the office counter and immediately scheduled my surgery.
In the weeks to come, Renaissance Plastic Surgery kept me well informed and I came in again for a pre-op appointment. I was in awe when I came in and all of the office staff from my prior appointment had remembered my name, what I was in for, and who I was meeting with.
On surgery day, I didn't have any feelings of being scared because I knew I was in the best possible care - Renaissance made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Boschert is absolutely incredible. The surgery went smooth and I was back home within hours. The next morning, I went back for my first post-op appointment and again at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and every year since.
Every time I enter through the doors at Renaissance, I'm greeted the same as I was that first day. The staff ensures you're comfortable during your time there and are very accommodating. If you're looking to have any type of surgery, invasive or otherwise, Renaissance Plastic Surgery is the only center I'd recommend.
