Realself has been a great resource for me and I want to share my experience in hopes others find it useful in their decisions.
I had a BA done in 2012 and never liked the results. I started with a 32A and wanted very subtle natural looking breasts, but I got over projected implants that were spaced far apart and made me (continue to) feel self conscious about my chest.
I went to Dr. Caplin, in August 2018, and immediately chose him for the replacement procedure. He gave great advice and a great amount of information and was very understanding of what I didn’t like about my implants and the type of result I wanted. He explained the Motiva implants and the trial and selected me to be a candidate.
Motiva implants are amazing! I’m only 9 days post-op an I’m already loving the results. Dr.Caplin did a great job! I didn’t experience much pain at all and only took Tylenol for the first two days.
The procedure was quick and easy, and the entire process was very smooth.
As far as the healing process, keep in mind that a replacement surgery is different from initial implants, I already had pockets from my initial surgery and that mine are small and so the amount of swelling is not as much as other BA. With Dr. Caplin’s skills and the Motiva Implant technology, my results are already looking very good.

I’m really loving the way they’re settling and healing. I’m not in any pain I just really miss my workouts! So happy with the results!!

´Hi, thanks for sharing. They look really natural and the size is full yet "petite" (compared to most other breast augmentations), exactly the result i'm looking for. are they placed behind or over the muscle?
