I had a breast lift as well as a tummy tuck almost a year ago and I couldn't be happier about my decision. I'm 32 (today) and feel like I have my 18 year old body back. It's made SUCH a difference in how I feel about my appearance. I have always been active and at a healthy weight and size but after baby number three things didn't quite go back the same. It seemed no matter how hard I worked at it, I just couldn't get my figure back. I went to a consultation for a breast lift and expressed how unsatisfied I was with my mid section altogether, and my doctor told me it just wasn't possible with exercise to tone back up. I had no fat on my tummy it was extra skin from carrying my three beautiful babies. The surgery and recovery were long and hard but I was prepared and had a great support system. Everyday when I look in the mirror I still cant believe my tummy is flat and my breast are back home!
