I have been waiting 10 years to get boobs! I have always wanted them because I am thin and tall and have almost nothing. I am fit and active and do not want to look too big up top....I have noticed that some women end up looking fat after they get a boob job. My doctor suggested I do 400 cc's in one and 450 cc's in the other. So I am trusting his decision and letting him put that size in. I will be going in at 12:30 Monday afternoon! I am absolutely terrified because I basically signed that if I die it's okay!! Did anyone else feel strange signing the waver that basically said....you might die but you have to agree that you are okay with that? It freaks me out! Anyways....I will post pictures soon and update ya'll on how I'm feeling post-op....if I live through it...haha. ;)

Surgery Tomorrow!!!

I'm posting my before picture! I'm super nervous but also very excited! Has anyone else heard that implants cause autoimmune diseases? I'm nervous about how these might possibly hurt me in the future. But I suppose I will deal with that if and when that time comes. Thank you all for replying to my posts...It seriously helps so much to hear from others who are going through the same procedure!! I tell my husband that you're my boobie buddies! ;)

Yay!! You look to have great breast tissue and thick skin going in, so your results should be astounding !!
As to your question about autoimmune diseases...the whole reason the FDA re-approved use of silicone breast implants again the early 2000s was because so many huge studies had 100% proven NO correlation with any higher percentage of women with autoimmune diseases with breast implants than without.
Do NOT worry about that!
Good luck tomorrow..Take one of your muscle relaxers preemptively tonight (to get a great night's sleep if you are anxious), and have a beautiful sleep tomorrow to wake up to gorgeous, bigger versions of the beautiful breasts you are already starting with!)

Bte..I agree that putting that extra 50ccs in the slightly smaller one will give you amazing symmetry. You are smart to trust your doc.;-)

Okay good! I had read that there was no real correlation between autoimmune diseases and implants but then there are people who say otherwise. Thank you for the advice!! I will!

Good luck tomorrow! i just had my BA on wedesday and am super happy with my results. I know most people on here say they wish they had gone bigger but i am one of those rarities i guess that didn't want to look so different from the me before my BA. I also am tall and active and my doc and i decided to go with mentor 300cc moderate plus profile implants. When i was first bandaged up i was a little concerned that maybe i had gone too small but after they removed the bandages i couldn't have been happier. Again i know that most people say go bigger and if you have a doubt that you might wish they were bigger than i would say stick with the 400+ but my 300's made me a full C. Hope that helps you!

Oh really? Ya that's all I want is a full C! Maybe I should ask him about possibly going 350...that was my first choice. Are you in pain still? How did you sleep? Were you all the way out? I'm getting Twilight anesthesia. . .not 100% sure what that means but I know I'm not all the way under.

I would say it's more of a sore pressure right now. I was in quite a bit of pain the first 24 hours but still slept ok due to the heavy pain meds i was on. Ive been amazed at how fast I'm feeling like myself. I did get put all the way under but I'm sure twilight anesthesia is just as good.

They look great in the white bra. I just had mine done yesterday and I feel I went too big bc they are swollen. I went 385cc. Hoping when they fluff and come down swelling will reduce.Trust me bigger isn't always better. It's the shape and perkiness. And yours look fab!!!!
