1 WEEK POST OP - 425cc - morning boob, tightness, massaging, & sleeping

Today marks 1 week post op for me. When I wake up I tend to have really bad "morning boob" is what I'm hearing people call it. Which is when you wake up and your breast implants are extremely stiff from your pectoral muscles trying to return back to their smaller state overnight. It hurts, bad. Morning boob is in the top 3 things that bothers me right now. The 2nd would be when I'm more active, just walking around the store, my boobs tend to harden again then as well, also annoying, because then I feel crazy walking around feeling like my boobs are up in my face. The 3rd thing would be sleeping. The first 3 nights after surgery I slept upright with three pillows, but on night 4 I decided to sleep on my back, which went well. So for the last couple of nights I've been sleeping on my back, but when I wake up in the morning now I'm stiff all over, my back is sore from lying in one position all night, and that on top of morning boob. I know it's progress, but sleep is a big deal to me, I can't wait until I can sleep on my side again. I don't have a lot of tightness in my chest anymore, the skin between my breasts seems to have accommodated to the stretchiness of everything, just the skin around my actual implants need to get to a decent place. I massage my implants all day every day and I'm especially vigorous with them in the shower. This seems to be the best time for me to massage them. My nipples are still numb and the skin around them on the bottom are also still numb. I never had an issue with lifting my arms over my head after surgery, but I can feel the difference in flexibility from how it was on day 1 to day 7. I struggle when I drive, it's a little uncomfortable, but I haven't been driving much since surgery, maybe 3-4 times since then, so as times passes I'm sure it'll get easier. I've already seen a significant difference in my implants since surgery. sometimes I won't wear a bra for a little while just to let gravity pull them down, and I do switch it up between a home made compression band and the surgical bra. All and all everything seems to be coming along nicely! Tomorrow is my first day back at work and school, so we'll see how everything goes with that!

3 DAYS POST OP - 425cc hp silicone implants - submuscular - periareolar incision

Today is my 3rd day since my operation on the 1st. It's been a pretty rough recovery for me in my opinion. I usually wake up 2-3 times a night because of how uncomfortable it is for me to sleep in an upright position. I also feel as if my breasts are extremely hard when I wake up so all the massaging I did the day before really didn't help much. With my follow up my doctor instructed me to already start massaging my implants, I feel like it's helped a lot with the spasms and cramps from moving in a way I shouldn't, as well as constantly icing them with peas. Today was hard to wake up, but now that I'm up and moving it's not too bad. I have 4 more days of recovery before I go back to work. I'm still not sure about the choice on my implant size, but I'm feeling very positive about them in the sense that when they finally drop and stop throbbing they are going to look exactly how I wanted them to! I'll attach some pictures I recently took, all within the 1-3 post op range!
