Day 4.

It's been 4 days since my BA and man has it been crazy. I've experienced the worst physical pain I have ever knew to exist the first 2 and half days. I thought the pain would never go away. But just like that it did; my body adjusted to it. I stopped taking my pain meds because they not only weren't effective but I was having horrible dreams that I couldn't not wake up from. I now take ibuprofen 800 every few hour and that seems to do the trick. Day 3 I started getting nauseated and dizzy. I'm eating more than ever before and my fluid intake is normal so I have no idea why but it's knocking me on my ass. I'm back to laying in the same spot and not moving because of it. My breast are still seriously swollen. I tried to take some of the other woman's advice and ice them to help tone down the swelling; the places the ice packed were placed are bruised now. So i stopped icing. They are still sitting high, and are still pretty "hard". Hoping they soften up soon or even drop a little lower. My incision are bruised around the tape a little. Doesn't hurt at all. Day 4 is better pain wise which I am grateful for.

surgery day.

I went in at 10 am to have my BA . When I got there I paid the rest of my balance and then they took me back to get preped. The nurse had me sign some more consent forms, get a urine sample, check my weight and change into a gown. The nursed had me cover all my hair with this lovely mesh shower cap and then lay in bed. She checked my vitals and then stuck an IV in my hand. I was shaking and sweating so bad from all the nerves. She calmed me down and reassured me that everything would be fine. She placed these knee high socks on me and then put these compression wraps on both my calves. They continuously squeezed and released to keep my blood flowing. A few minutes had passed and the anesthesiologist came in, asked me some questions, amd explained what he was going to do. some time had passed; my PS came in with my boxed implants which freaked me out because of how big they looked (600cc's ) . He marked me up and told me it would be a few minutes till the wheel me in. Once they wheeled me in the nurse had me slide over to the bed next to me; they strapped my arms down like an airplane type position. Then she put a blue mask over my mouth. As I was jamming out to the music was playing I was out. I was then wheeled to the recovery room. I woke up screaming and crying because of how much pain I was in. I knew it'd be painful but I didn't think it would be to that extent. I was worse then labor. Worse then healing from a csection. It was the worst of the worst pain I have ever experienced. I was told it'd feel tight, heavy and hard to breath. I seriously felt like I was beatin with a bat in the breast area. The nurse tried to manage my pain but it was barely working. An hour had passed and I went from a 10 (being worst) to a 5. I told the nurse I was okay to go home. I had 2 nurses dress me (which was nice) and the sat me in a wheel chair, and wheeled me to another recovery room where my husband was waiting.

I got home and I felt like I was going to pass out from all the pain. I sat on the couch and cried as my husband set up a spot for me and got my meds. 3 doses of pain meds later and I feel fantastic. I know feel the tightness everyone was talking about. No pressure though. My left breast is 2 times as swollen and tighter than my right. I made the beautiful mistake to scratch my face as I was napping. So that's my bad. My PS called me to see how I was doing pain wise and asked to see me in the morning to check everything out and make sure I did mess up anything. Such a sweetheart. Hopefully the swelling will go down soon, it's starting to freak me out.

Did anyone else have that feeling you get when your milk let's down when breastfeeding? I keep having that feeling. It's so weird. I'm also super itchy. Probably from the pain meds. Does anyone know how to tone down the swelling?

600cc's silacone

I went to pre op yesterday and I was so set on 400 cc but once I tried on the sizers I could barely tell a difference. So after I tried on every single one they had to offer I fell in love with 550cc but since we are going under the muscle and you lose cc's when going under we chose to go to 600cc. Which I'm completely okay and satisfied with. It's a little over 2 weeks and I can not wait!
