Ready to get rid of my "stretched out poochy stomach" yuck! No getting around it, this is the one thing that ages me, it screams "menopause" has got to go! I work out at least 5 days a week, usually more and am running the Ragnar two weeks before my surgery. I can't wait to have a flat stomach to match the rest of me!

I'm telling people what I'm doing. At work too. I work at a very conservative law firm. I think the stigma is gone from this type of plastic surgery. Plus I want to be in control. I didn't want to be "outed"

Good point. I am thinking there is no way to hide my results at the gym. I'm there 6 days per week. My tummy just hangs in the front. We all see other and notice changes. I once took time out of the gym to do the hcg diet (I don't recommend it). Everyone wanted to know how in the world I had dropped so much weight and wondered where I was. I don't want people to think I am cheating my way to a flat stomach. I know I didn't! It will be nice to be looked at for a great body and not for this weird tummy.

I had a list of questions and he took all the time in the world to answer. He is even going to get the pain med that I requested (the long acting three day analgesic). He is the best! I feel so good about going into this now. I'll post my before pictures soon.
