When I was a child of 7 years I broke my nose. I didn't get any treatment until I reached the age of 23. I couldn't breath through my nose, and got it corrected in a clinic. Twelve years later again I couldn't breath anymore through my nose.
Then I met Dr. Prof. Sailer. He was the blessing of my life ! He took the time to exams and check my nose. He sked me for older photos of mine before I broke my nose. And Dr. Prof. Sailer got my insurance to pay for the nose surgery, and he gave me exactly the perfect nose according to my old photos, how my nose would have been if I hadn't had broken it at the age of seven.
Afterwards he saw that I also had a major issue with my upper jaw. I have lost all my teeth at the age of nineteen and got dentures. Since then I always was shy of showing a smile. Thank God to Dr. Prof. Sailer, who operated and saved my upper jaw bone with implants holding the bone together and holding a beautiful row of artificial teeth. He gave me my Smile back, and gave me more joy I've ever could imagined.
I am one lucky woman with a big smile on my face every day of my life thanks to the incredible dedication of Dr. Prof. Sailer. And the nose correction as well as the upper jaw implants are still looking great and feeling great after almost thirteen years.
