I was fully confident of myself before the procedure. I just wanted a little more cleavage to feel comfortable wearing dresses having a fuller look and fill my clothes better since it has been hard to gain weight for me. I got 400cc silicone implants, under the muscle at the breast fold. The 3D imagery done at consultation was acurate to my final results and I am at a month post-op. I understand there will be some changes as my breast settle over the next few months but there hasn't been a major change in size.

Dr. Richards was completely professional before and after the procedure was done. At my consultation he was very helpful with finalizing my size decision and what was suitable for my body type. His assistant Dawn and all surgery center staff were very friendly, respectful and professional. I couldn't have made a better decision after reviewing his website and compared to others he was my #1 choice. I felt very comfortable since the beginning. He and his assistant have been available to answer all of my questions since day 1. I have already recommend him to friends and family who I know are interested in similar cosmetic procedures. I have a post-op appointment later this month i will opdate this after the follow-up appointment.
