Dr. Diehl possesses and demonstrates a blend of professionalism and knowledge that translates well with her delivery of care. Dr. Diehl took the time to ask what were my expectations, the options she knew would be best suited for my treatment, and was confident with her level of expertise.

She did not offer nor propose any unnecessary treatments. Dr. Diehl kept communications open during our entire interaction; she answered all questions without hesitation during pre, day of procedure, and post procedure. Dr. Diehl speaks with you directly post procedure to check-in and confirm you’re doing well with your at-home recovery.

The staff I interacted with at this practice were professional and courteous. Bonus: Dr. Diehl will engage and chat with you throughout your procedure (if your procedure includes local anesthesia); she lets you know what she’s doing during your procedure and intermittently checks in on your pain/comfort levels.
