Hoping for a good looking outcome on my belly and back fat

I am loving my shrinkage on my belly but I am disappointed that my front view is very unsymmetrical. One side has a different shape than the other side. I'm not one to nit pick but to me this is very noticeable. My upper back also has one shoulder blade area bulging out more than the other side. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Was looking at my back and there seems to be an uneven amount of fat on one side than the other. I can't say for sure if it's swelling or actual fat left on my one side. On a plus note, this picture shows the difference on my belly.

I'm not really sure what to think at this point. I'm still numb on a lot of parts of my body, some bruising still present. I really hope I'm swollen cause if not then this was NOT worth it. I can't wait for the final result and hope it will be waaay smaller than in this picture
