Feeling better every day. My left drain start d giving me issue. I went to “milk it” before emptying (when you clear out the fluid in the line) and the pressure felt like someone sling shot a dagger into my side. Thankfully I had a check up the next day. No issue other than just party of the healing process and sensitivity. But I’m a good note doc was able to remove the drain (hurt like a [RS bleep] coming out but quickly followed by instant relief). One drain out one to go. Still healing nicely

thanks Momof3! I am excited. everyday I feel a little better. not completely off pain meds but down to half a tab of oxy a day. I started shopping for summer tops that don’t cover my belly. lol

I hate the pain meds. It does the job but I hate feeling loopy and in la la land. I know it’s vital for recovery but gah I’m over this ick feeling. Otherwise I’m healing well no signs of infection! Doc likes what he sees and so do I!

3 Days after surgery

Forgive me but I realized this app doesn’t allow you to change the dates so I’m posting “after the fact”. Anyways here are pics 3 days post op. Nicely bandaged and moving around. Still standing with a significant C curve but a little improvement.
