A horrific outcome.
I came to get a Rhinoplasty to fix my huge nose that I have hated since I was a child. I never ever thought in my life that I would ever get this surgery, but, then I finally had enough of it. The hindering affects it had on my life were to great to let it keep going and in my early twenties, a broke college student, I saved enough to get it "done". People with big noses... huge noses, know what I am talking about, this little genetic mutation literally becomes your identity, and unlike being overweight or whatever you cannot do anything to change it... until I met Dr. Kaniff.
In all honesty, I blame myself for the outcome, because I knew Dr. Kaniff was not the right fit for me, but who cares, on paper he was THE BEST and his vast experience must mean something, right! Right?
I was so wrong. I' am getting depressed writing this, but I am writing this for YOU! The person thinking abut doing this. Here's what my outcome was:
Having a XXL Middle Eastern nose, I had a "hump" on my nose... after the surgery he was able to remove that hump, but replaced it with a very abnormal one in its place that was even more noticeable, and my nose went from huge... to big, AND it is very asymmetric looking. Do you know how embarrassing it is, months after the swelling has gone down and it's looking like its true self, that people still ask me "Jon Doe, why is your nose crooked and has a pimple(newly created hump)?" "Did you get into a fight?"
I will tell you, IT IS EMBARRASSING! So embarrassing that my response is, sadly, "I got into a car accident."
I am giving Dr. Kaniff another chance to do a Rhinoplasty revision... only because he is reducing the cost big time (which anyone who does this should), as I said, I am a broke college student, and I cannot afford paying for a revision by another Doctor (which costs up to 2x more than the original rhinoplasty). So part two will be written...

I am so sorry to hear about your experience! I have a consultation set up with him next month and I'm super nervous about getting bad results. Can you maybe send me some pictures? Thank you for sharing your story.

I had rhino with him as well and I look worse than I did before surgery. I regret having any surgery with him.
