Does Anyone Know Who Can Re-attach Septi Depressor Muscle?
I've had a rhinoplasty and two revisions and I'm pretty sure my Septi-Depressor muscle has been severed. I do not want a lip lift as I do not like how that looks. Does anyone know a surgeon who can re-attach this muscle successfully? I would like a second revision rhino and I am having trouble navigating through all of these reviews and trying to determine what is real and what is not. I need a second revision on my nose and I do not want to have to go through this again EVER, so I need to get it right! I want only the best, someone who only does noses and does a lot of them every month. Can anyone help me? I am looking for a feminine nose that is aesthetically pleasing to my face, a refined and somewhat pointy tip and a smaller and more sloped bridge.
