I am sooo excited to finally be having my mommy makeover! I'm 43 years old with 2 adult kids (ages 21 and 19), I've lost almost 100 pounds and I'm ready for a new me!
I'm 5'6" and about 178 lbs. I really wanted to be about 20 lbs lighter for my surgery but Dr. Green says it will be okay.
I will be having tummy tuck (probably extended) with muscle repair and lipo, as well as breast augmentation (no lift).
I have been struggling with how large of implants I want. It's so hard to think in terms of CCs when all I know is bra or cup size. I would say I'm probably a small C cup now and I definitely want more fullness and volume. I'm thinking in the 350-400 CC range but I'm leaving the final decision up to Dr. Green. I trust him to decide what will look most proportionate on my body type.
I can't wait for this tummy tuck to get rid of this extra skin. I've picked up about 12 lbs over the past year, but the skin was a problem then too. I can't wait to put on clothes without having to hide the bulge down low.
Surgery is in 2 days!!! Holy cow it's coming up fast. I'm excited and nervous and praying for a smooth recovery and good results. From what I've seen, Dr. Green does amazing work so I'm in good hands.

Thrilled with my results so far! (11 days post op)

I am so happy with my results so far! I'm 11 days post op and overall feeling great.
Dr. Green gave me an extended tummy tuck which smoothed out the skin on my outer thighs and also reduced the appearance of back fat rolls (which turned out to be mostly loose skin). I started out with 3 drains in my groin area. Drain #2 came out last week and I'm hoping that at one more is ready to go at my follow up appt this afternoon.
I got Mentor 350 cc moderate plus profile silicone implants under the muscle and I can't believe how big they look. I was considering 400 cc which would have been way too large for my comfort. I'm so glad I left it up to Dr. Green to decide what would look proportionate on my body type.
I will post new pics when I shower today. I'm sorry I didn't take any pics sooner. Recovery has been overall pretty good. Thank goodness the pain right after surgery wasn't anywhere as bad as I thought it would be. I won't lie - It definitely hurt but I kept ahead of it with the pain meds. I'm still really sore, especially when I first stand up, but it's getting better day by day. I quit taking the pain meds during the day after 3-4 days (I'm still taking 1 dose at bedtime).
More updates to follow and pics coming later today.

Thank you BEAUTY1989! So far I'm really pleased. I can't wait to see how everything will look once swelling goes down and implants settle.
