Broken Capillaries

A few months ago, I went for a consultation for micro needling, I asked the nurse if they do microdermabrasion, the nurse indicated that they do not because the aesthetician believes it causes broken capillaries. Well, I sure wish I listened, on a show they offered a daily deal special for $45, I now will throw it out, the aesthetician was right.
I need to spend $200 for VBeam to remove the damage, thank goodness, the suction created broken capillaries in two spots..
