4days post op left breast numb
Yesterday I had my first post op apt. I only took one half norco yesterday morning and that has been all for pain the last two days. I did not get to see dr green I will see him in two weeks. I have one bruise on the side of my left breast maybe as big as a quarter. I have been sleeping on the recliner since my surgery I am nervous if I sleep in bed I will want to turn into my side. The dr said my breasts look great even and healing great. Continue to wear the surgical bra 24 hours for the next two weeks. I find when I took it off to shower as well as for my appointment my chest bone and ribs feel heavy and sore, much more comfortable with it on. My left breast is numb and I can not feel my Nipple or the bottom left side of my breast is this normal ?

I think from what I have read it is pretty normal to be numb for as long as 4-6 months!! It takes everyone a little bit different amounts of time to get that nerve regeneration going :) I wouldn't worry about it just yet. I can agree! I am also afraid of flipping over in my sleep as I am also a side sleeper. Amazing results! Happy healing

I actually slept until 330am last night and woke up to take a pain pill ! Much improved from the previous night where I was up every hour 1/2. I didn't shower yesterday did make it out trick or treating with my little one. Showered today each day is getting better with pain and mobility ??
