I am so excited and anxious! I am going with dr green at the Sacramento plastic surgery center. After reviewing all of his work for BA I am very pleased with his work! I am currently a 34b and weigh 135. I am looking to be a full C. Looking towards 300cc saline inframammary inscion under the muscle.

Just my advice...I would HIGHLY recommend choosing silicone or cohesive gel instead of saline. I recently swapped my older 300cc saline implants for 695cc cohesive gel and it is a huge difference and well worth the extra cost.

I would definitely talk to your doctor about your concerns if you haven't already. Don't quote me because I haven't looked into it in a while, but I believe the failure rate on cohesive gel implants is less than 1% and if the shell did rupture the silicone gel is just that...cohesive, so it stays stuck together and it is also held in by the implant pocket. The old syrup-y silicone of the 80's is gone. There's a lot of surgeons on here who give much better explanations than I can if you're interested. After having both types of implants I would get silicone a hundred times over, the difference is that significant. Good luck on your BA journey!

Hello everyone I cant stop thinking about my big day coming up 10/30/15!!!! So happy! Well I am curious I had my son via Csection so for those of you what hurt worse a csection or a BA under the muscle? I had a great recovery physically from my csection was only taking half Vicodin for three days after and then I was fine.
Also please any tips you have for post op you wish you would of done please share ;)

In my opinion, its a different kind of pain. Its mainly soreness for a while (i'm 2 weeks out) and feel only soreness, and odd but bearable intermittent pain. I didn't have a c-section, but I did give birth one time without any anesthesia, and its hard to really compare the two. The MOST discomfort, is the severe tightness that you feel, and cannot do anything about. Its constant! Keep up with the muscle relaxers even if you feel better. I made the mistake of stopping them after 3 days and I almost had an anxiety attack on the 6th day at work! I am a strong person, can handle pain, but this is what kicked my butt!! On my 1 week post op, the nurse showed me how to massage my breast, and after that first session, I was 100% better. I switched to tylenol after that for only a few days, and have been completely med free since. It will be an experience but it is true what everyone says so far, after the first week, it does get better. BTW, I have 650cc silicone, under the muscle, under the armpit. Good luck and best wishes!
