Well, the dr. seemed really interested in the surgery before it was performed. He insisted on performing a procedure that I didn't really want. After the surgery, I was never contacted for follow up care. I still continue to have nerve pain in my incision, but I don't want to go back. They've never contacted me for follow up photos or anything else. I feel that the concern stopped after they received the money.

My doctors have always expected me to book follow ups. Interesting... Is this not your experience in the past? I just had 2 major surgeries in last 6 months and it was my responsibility to make a 1 week follow up, leaving office at 1 week I booked my 30 day follow up. I even booked my 6 month f/u with the first surgery. I have been a Certified Med. Asst. for 19 yrs and I feel most doctors only book your first appt following surgery before your released from hospital. In some instances an appointment cant be confirmed at discharge and it's the pt's responsibility to make appointment within time frame requested. Always ask when you should see the doctor. Im sorry you had a bad experience. A lot of $$ to not feel different. I suggest you follow up and discuss your concerns. You paid for results. Don't allow a doctor to push you aside after you paid. Good luck!
I had a tummy tuck and love it. Dr. Clark called the night of the surgery to check on me. His price was lower than other Plastic surgeons in the area. I was so satisfied that I also had a face lift. He was so kind and intelligent about every detail of what to expect and explained carefully how to take care (better care!) of my skin. I am 58.
That's strange because he saw me very frequently after my surgery. He called me after my surgery and made sure I scheduled my check ups. He did my Tummy tuck six months ago and I'm super happy with it! He also did my Lipo surgery 8 years ago so I had no question on who was going to do my Tummy.
He did NOT follow up with me after a rhinoplasty gone wrong and it was impossible to get through to the office. Very boastful, defensive and arrogant. Don't know why I didn't see the red flags.

was recommended to Dr. Clark from a good friend. I paid for a tummy tuck, thigh lipo and back fat removal and buttock sculpture. Well, it's been six months and my thighs look the same as they did before the surgery. My bottom is too big and my TT scar is still swollen. The doggy ears are still painful. When I returned to the office for the incision pain, I received less than decent customer service or subsequent follow up. I have never been phoned for a follow up appointment or check up. It was not worth the money and I regret having the procedure.

Oh I am SOOOO very sorry this has happened to you!!!!! Can you tell us more about your experience as I also had some horrific stories on my end, and am Not happy at all..... Thank You!
Wow, Did you realize this pro op and if so what made you decide to continue with surgery? Was it the price? Eager to get procedures? No judgement, just wondering where you made some choices that you regret.
I meant Pre op...
