38, Finally Doing It, Something for Me! - Newcastle Upon Tyne, GB

These are last thing, I don't think too bad going off others, have a small suture coming through on left hip so trimmed and taped it, also the last week I noticed a red area near my pubic region, so being a women I squeezed at it! And a lot of blood stained fluid came out, I phoned the ward and they asked if I could come in but with it being 3.5 hrs away they said if I was concerned I could visit my local practice nurse. I didn't, coz I don't think they know out about it lol this is a small town and people from round here don't get tt's!!! It was fine till today when I squeezed again! I know.... naughty, but it just seemed to be blood coming out?! I'll see how it goes and if no better I'll go to Newcastle Friday and get it checked out!! Hope everyone is keeping well, I know I haven't updated for a while but I have been keeping tabs on everyone xx

So supposed to be getting sutures out today, but the little buggar were well and truly stuck!! So she just trimmed them and cleaned the area took off the steristrips and repackaged me! Got a couple of photos, happy that the scar is really thin, bit concerned about my old piercing and I have a bit of a dog ear, she called it, on my right side, still covered in the photo. Did not see my ps as he's on holiday but will see him I the 24th and hopefully he'll reassure me as to what will happen. Have swelling on left and right hip bones to, they've told me to massage gently 2-3 times a day, but it is really bruised, so hoping that's all it is, I asked if they thought it was a series but they didn't think so. What do you think?? X
