How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

She seems very professional before your appt. I went to her for breast augmentation and ended up with saggy breasts and high nipples. Every appt after my surgery she would talk about another patient she had seen right before me who had complications because they were choosing to be non-compliant with their post surgery recovery. Hematomas, implants falling out (who knew that could even happen?), implants needing to be removed because of infection, etc. she was condescending and put all of the blame on the patients and not her crappy surgical skills. I went back to her a year later to show her how awful they were looking. This is when she tried to put the blame on me...because I had some stretch marks and that is need a lift. I asked her what they would lift since I have almost no breast tissue. I asked her why she didn't stitch under the picket to help hold up the implant. Her response--that doesn't always work. And it definitely doesn't work when you never even do one. She then told me she was going to practice in Arizona (running from her bad reputation in Utah) and didn't specialize in breast lifts so to let her know how another surgeon is able to fix my problem. So strange because when I first saw her she told me she specializes in augmentation, lifts and tummy tucks. I'm a nurse and have worked with lots of surgeons. I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent Dr. Heidi is as a surgeon. I regret ever going to her office. Wish I would've never had the surgery. It's been 4 years and I still haven't had the emotional strength to go to another surgeon to get my augmentation fixed. One day...
