Originally I came to Dr Rubinstein for a second opinion for implant removal. The original surgeon wanted to remove the implants and also do a lift & remove the capsule all in 1 surgery. I felt too traumatised by his approach, & THANK GOD found Craig, I had a hunch he would be good. I thought "there must be a better breast surgeon out there??" Well...I found one alright. Immediately he put my mother and I at ease, he is a true professional and also has heart, he knows women go into his office feeling vulnerable, yet treats them like he would his own family members, I am sure of that. Their long term health always is his priority. He said the procedure was straight forward & recommend to remove both implants, & if I needed a lift or whatever later we would let them relax so to speak for a year or so before looking at this procedure. Not only was he super lovely, making me and my mother a coffee (himself!! by the way) but reduced the price for me as I had been struggling with health issues for a while, unable to work full-time. I booked the surgery that day as I knew I didn't have to look any further. It felt right in my gut. His assistant Kate was divine too, a full reflection of the vision of the surgery. Stylish yet warm & professional all at the same time. There was no stone left un-turned. Every step was spelled out in advance, the hospital staff were also amazing, Dr Craig came around at the end of the day to double check on me after surgery, it was almost 9pm! He has such a nice manner, he makes you feel like you really matter. It is the little details that you notice, he gives you free bras, a facial & things like homeopathics & probiotics after the surgery. To me, this is someone who cares. Not only is he a leader in his field, but he is a kind and humble gentleman. If you are half thinking of going to see Craig, at least go for an appointment with him before deciding. He will look after you. I don't know how his prices compare in this field, but you must go to someone who will look after you, as mistakes can sometimes not be undone. He is conservative in his approach as he cares for the health, welfare and safety as well as outcome of his patients. THANK YOU DR RUBINSTEIN!!
