One week post op. After two pregnancies my stomach was in a bad shape. I'm a very fit person and no mater what I would do at the gym nothing ever worked as my muscle separated and I had excess skin hanging. For 10 years the only thing that bothered me was the stretch marks and the very loose skin that I had to tuck in .
