I have always wanted a larger chest, but especially after 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding 3 babies for a total of 3.5 years. I was left with flat deflated 34b cup (if that!) I am finally at a point in my that I was able to do this...and I am so thankful to have found Dr Grawe from Columbus Ohio she truly is a rock star...I am only 2DPO but so pleased with everything leading me to here!

Thank you! I bruise so easily too, thought I would be a mess. I'm using Arnica Montana orally and topically and I think it's worked wonders!

I'm glad you're so pleased with everything so far! Has the pain begun to diminish for you yet?

3DPO and the pain is definitely less than 1DPO but man I'm still hurting! I declined the Percocet and asked for Tylenol 3 because I don't handle pain pills well....that was a mistake I think. And I wasn't given a muscle relaxer and that's the worst of the pain, is what feels like pulled muscles! But every day it's gets a tiny bit better.

Hope the pain isn't too bad, it's surely worth it! Your's are some of the best augmented breasts I've ever seen!

Thank you so much! I am very pleased with the initial results and can't wait to continue the healing process! It's very slow! I plan to take photos every week to compare the drop and fluff etc. today is 4DPO and and my pain is better than yesterday. I figure if I can say that every day I am on track. I did call my PS and got a muscle relaxer also. It has made this SO bearable. Woah I had them day 1!!! Those first 3 days were ROUGH. But not rough enough to regret this :)

I am 5'6" and 142# pre-op, 148# post-op. Would like to get to #135 by summer with cardio and toning...I had gained about 10# over the holidays! :-/ #132 is normal for me and my implants are 3# total extra weight.

Bruising...5DPO

I was able to shower (with help) 48 hrs after surgery, but today at 5DPO was able to shower/wash hair by myself! That was amazing. However, I discovered a bruise and it worried me as I was very active yesterday with my kids (they had a snow day) and I didn't get the rest/down time I needed or expected. I was extremely sore last night, only ice helped a little so this bruise was alarming to me. I sent a picture to my PS and she said to her it looked normal but she would gladly check it out if I wanted to come in today/next 2 days. Since I am a 5 hr round trip away, I decided to just keep watching it and watch for swelling as she suggested and so far...no changes. It's on the outer part of my lower left breast. Can't wait to take my 1WPO pictures and compare to day 1. (Although there my be zero changes) Each day I feel a LITTLE better.

One week update....

I can't believe it's already been a week since my BA. This week has been a blur of pain and sleep. I tried to go off the Tylenol 3 and Flexeril on Friday, due to how bloated and uncomfortable I am from taking narcotics, but the pain is much too strong still and I just made myself miserable all day. I was finally able to get comfortable again and sleep. The bloat is unbelievable. I look like I am 4-5 months pregnant! Had to go out today and couldn't find a single thing in my closet that fit my new "shapely" figure so I had to wear my fiancés hoodie instead. Sad. My breasts are still up so high when I tried on a fitted shirt (very very carefully, I can't barely pull things over my head) it looked like I had stuffed my shirt with something and not in a flattering way! This is rough. Counting down the days until I feel normal again....I checked out my scars too. They look great. The one bruise I got has stayed the same pretty much.
