40 Year Old Transitioned to Healthy Lifestyle and Lost my Most Prized Possession. Columbus, OH

The year before I was turning 40, I decided it was time to do something about my unhealthy lifestyle. I began my journey and it led me all the way to becoming a fitness instructor! A little over a year later, I found myself flat chested with man pecs after being a D cup since I was a teenager. The hardest part for me was not working out for 2 weeks during the initial healing process...besides that, I experienced zero pain, only a bit of tenderness that felt like maybe I did a lot of pushups the day before.
