Mr Ali is a wonderful skilled surgeon who advises what is the best approach and is conservative in his approach, therefore I felt safe in his hands and would not look "done". My fat transfers were carried out to tackle age related fat loss from my face and hands and to add volume to thin calves. All three procedures went well, great results and recovery in two weeks

Mr Ali is very experienced and I had confidence as he is a long serving NHS consultant with an outstanding reputation for his breast reconstruction work on cancer patients. He makes himself available pre and post op to answer questions and talk through any issues or concerns I had. Great follow up care too and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
