I have not updated in a while. I was released to wear regular bras and made due with 34D for a week or two and then broke down and went to VS at about 6 weeks post op. I got sized at 34DD. I bought four bras and one sports bra. A couple days later I noticed my breasts softening and dropping and they seemed smaller but the bras still fit. Breasts continue to soften and drop as time goes on. Attaching some recent pics.

I started walk jogging on Sunday and at the gym this morning. I think it will take a while to get used to the implants but so far it is going well. I am just taking it easy. Attaching some recent pics. My breasts are slowly dropping and they are still very firm. My incisions are feeling less tender as well.

You're looking great! Very natural and yay for no more sag! Isn't that awesome?! Sometimes I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and just can't believe they're up where they belong again :-) Glad everything is healing well. Keep taking it easy and I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Curious... I'm surprised you started running / jogging so soon. I was told no running / jogging / impact exercises for 3 months after my breast lift with augmentation. Also I'd be concerned about jeopardizing the lift...

My PS said okay after two weeks just to use two supportive sports bras. I waited until 4 because I had a suture abscess. They told me it is okay for the implants to move. My main restrictions are no lifting above 10 lbs and no chest upper body exercises.

Stitches out tomorrow!

I am excited to go back to the doctor to review my progress and get some stitches out. Everything seems to be going well and I do like the size. I am wondering how things will look when the swelling is down though. I am posting a pic from this morning.
