I'm a mother of four and with every pregnancy my breast got smaller. From a full C to small A. I've been debating getting implants for 13 years. 3 months ago I made the decision and my surgery is scheduled for this Sat. I'm so excited and nervous. I've done a lot of research and watched a ton of YouTube videos on what to expect and how to prep for surgery. I also complied my final list of questions for my pre op app. One decision I'm most unsure about is the incision point, around the nipple or under the breast. I'm leaning more towards the nipple area. My doctor is comfortable with both but I think he prefers the nipple for the best results based our conversation. How did you decide? Are you happy with your decision?

I had my preop appt yesterday. My stats: 5'1, 99 lbs, saline implant, under the muscle. My incision will be made under the breast. I'm still slightly undecided on size. I originally chose the HP 320cc but now I'm debating between 350 or 375. The 375 may push be to a small D, not sure if want the girls to be that large on my small frame. My doc and others dud say the implants will look slightly smaller when placed under the muscle. I have two days to decide. My surgery is scheduled for Sat morning at 9am. Any thoughts?

I need your help!!! Today is the last day before my surgery and I am undecided on size 350cc or 375cc. I don't want to be to big or to small. Anyone how decided on 350cc and now wish they were bigger? What is your bra size with your 350 or 375 fill? My PS is okay with both sizes.

They say that 25cc is only a small amount of fluid. I've also heard you loose a little if it's under the muscle. Anyhow..I'm sure you will make the best decison. My surgery is this morning and I'm NERVOUS!! :) But it's a good nervous.. Lots of luck to you..I can't wait to hear how it goes!!

My surgery went well..thanks! The day was a little longer than we anticipated but it was all positive. Today is day 3 for me and I've hardly had to take any pain pills. My range of motion is much better also. How are you and how did everything go?

Mine went fine. I wish I could say the same about the pain and discomfort but I'm really swollen and sore under the breast. My implants are larger than what I initially expected. I'm a 380cc. What size are you?

I have also heard that 25cc is not a huge difference, so the bigger one is what I would go with

Thank you for starting your journey on RealSelf. Were you able to view post-op photos of your doctor's work? Although every breast is unique, you might get a better idea of his specific work on incisions based on the photos. BTW, some pre-op photos would be great!
