I really wanted to be physically proportioned and felt my A cup breasts too small in conjunction to the rest of my body. I never had plastic surgery before and was a little nervous. The staff and Dr. Szczerba at CASI were so warm, friendly, and personable, they made the whole experience easy! The highest I could go for my small BWD-11 was 300cc, he recommended 280cc-300cc. My Left breast was noticeably smaller than the right, so my right is 280cc, left is 300cc. Silicone, High profile, under the muscle.

Hi there. Hope you are well. I was wondering how tall you are. I'm looking to have this done with same dr. I have a bwd of 11.5. I think the highest I can go on ccs is 375. Do you wish you had gone a little higher on the size?

Hi, thank you I am feeling & looking 100% better! I'm very satisfied with the results. You are in good hands with Dr. Szczerba. At pre-op I did wanted a larger size, but I followed the doctors recommendation with the smaller implant. I am 5'9 so I am quite tall. However I am very pleased with the size 6mths post-op. I measure a 32dd. I'm very natural looking. And they are nice and big :) My advise is just trust the doctor. He has done this a lot. I think there are too many doctors who put huge implants in women, putting them at risk for complications. Dr. Szczerba goes within the guidelines for your BWD. Hope that helps you!

Thank you so much for replying. I'm glad you are doing so well and happy :) I actually just booked my appointments for March with him. I'm short, 5 ft and 140 lbs! I don't think I'm really fat. I toot my own horn and say I have a lot of muscle. But I'll talk to him about size at the pre-op. I'm just worried. So many ladies always say they'd gone bigger if they could do it all over!

Your welcome! That's so exciting, March is right around the corner and you'll be ready to bikini shop for the summer! I never regretted getting the "smaller" size. I know I could always go back in for the 400cc I originally wanted. I might, its always an option. I am sure you will look great with 375cc(that's not small at all) I will bet you will measure out very large when your 6 months post op and they have settled. Trust me if you are small chested like I was you will appreciate the 375cc!! Good luck and keep me posted if you want! :)

Finally was able to do light exercise legs only on a stationary bike and elliptical! It felt so good to get back to working out!! My left breast is harder, bigger, and higher than the right. I was concerned but after contacting the doctor I was told to watch it. If it feels worse to call, but really the pain is off and on. From what I read on the web a lot of women have different size breasts due to each breast individual healing and situation. I had the bigger implant in Left and I believe more work was done to the left due to asymmetry. Other than that they really look nice and I cant wait for them to soften up! At my 1 week post op visit with Dr. Szczerba he demonstrated massage techniques to help soften them
