You look so good! I've just started back to long walks and light weights, it feels so good! But I'm also very careful to still not do any twisting motions, if I do I feel like I've pulled stomach muscles.
Thank you. I’ve started light weights also. my doctor said I can try abdominal exercises if i want because I won’t hurt anything at this point BUT I think I’ll hold off on that for now lol
I just had a consult with Tattelbaum yesterday. He’s at the too of my list but I still am seeing 3 more Drs to compare. I really like his method too! You look fabulous! I can’t wit to get on the flat side.

Ok I’m trying to finally stand up straght

I am finally trying to stand up straight and it feels like I’m going to tear my stomach part lol its so tight.

Don’t rush it unless your dr says it’s ok. My TT was Jan 4 and I’m still not standing up straight. My dr said at 3 weeks the scar is at 50% strength. I do stand a bit straighter each morning but am more bent over in the evenings as I swell a bit. Good luck with healing!
