I had my procedure 10days ago now and recovery hasn’t been bad for me, as long as you stay ahead of your pain meds and you have someone to help you at least the first week. Here are my current 10 day post op, I’m still very swollen and bruised. It was totally worth at this point soni can’t wait until my final results.

Im happy for you my date is march the 8th im so scared im 40 And I want to cancel im going to miami to dr valls and he just had his first death in december so im scared .let me know how things are going.

Nervous is normal, I think I would feel the same after hearing about his first death but you also don’t know the details of the condition the patient was in, Go in with a positive attitude and a prayer and you will be fine.

I am finally trying to stand up straight and it feels like I’m going to tear my stomach part lol its so tight.

Don’t rush it unless your dr says it’s ok. My TT was Jan 4 and I’m still not standing up straight. My dr said at 3 weeks the scar is at 50% strength. I do stand a bit straighter each morning but am more bent over in the evenings as I swell a bit. Good luck with healing!
