I am 31 years old. With 4 boys(6, 3, &4month twins). I'm 5'6" and roughly 140lbs still have a few lbs to loose from my pregnancy. I am considering a BA since I've always wanted bigger breast. My ps and I have it narrowed down to 2 sizes.we are definitely doing silicon under the muscle. It's between 325 moderate profile and 425 high profile. The width is great now to decide between more natural or a sexier look. I'm leaning towards 425 hp

Just checking in...did you have your surgery? We would love an update to your review when you have a chance!
I had my surgery January 4. I ended up getting good 425cc hp under the muscle. Was on pain meds and muscle relaxerstrength for only 2 days and felt good. Occasional tylenol at the end of the day. My follow up is Friday January 13th!!
