Third Treatment Update

It's been two weeks since my third treatment. The veritcal scar is still pink and healing in the middle, and the horizontal scar still has scabs. The skin around the veritical scar also has some discoloration. I recently began applying hyaluronic acid, and I plan to start using hydroquinone soon. I will update again when everything has completely healed.

Third Treatment

I finally got around to going back for my third treatment yesterday. In addition to my vertical scar, the doctor also needled a horizontal surgical scar above my navel (from a birth mark removal). So far, both scars are super red, but they've already scabbed over. I'll post more photos once the scabs slough off.

I thought it'd be helpful to see the scar after it finished peeling. The raised part at the end has gotten flatter, and the entire scar is lighter. I also have two holes from a surface piercing under my navel that are much less obvious. Overall, the recovery time after the second session was shorter than the first, but I'm just as satisfied with the outcome. I hadn't mentioned earlier that the doctor suggested I have around six sessions. I purchased a package of three, and will consider an additional three after my next session.
