I'm my worst critic. ..

2 mos post op and I see little imperfections on me...nothing the PS did....I think i should look better now that I feel better....And then I do a reality check and look at my pre op photos. ..That has put things in perspective for me. So glad I took them!

8 weeks...before and afters!!
I feel great! ! I went back to Zumba and the gym this week! ! I had another 60 minutes massage on while laying 30 minutes on my stomach! ! Here's a few photos!

Good!! Tighter body becoming the new normal for you! You and I are at exactly the same weeks in our recoveries, but my front incision is still open a bit due to suture reactions--so, no gym for me yet. How was it laying on your stomach? I've been having lymphatic massages (lovely!), but not face down.

I felt wonderful! ! Didn't bother my abdomen at all. I has shooting pains in my breasts later but that went away by morning. How are the lymphatic massages? What happened to your sutures?

6 weeks!
I had a request to post some pics on my swimming suit when our family went to the water park for our Christmas. I don't like pictures of me in my s suit. But I thought I would take some at home along with some before and after ? I love my new body!!! Yes I know I have thunder thighs. .hey I'm 59 and can't be perfect :)

Good job! You look beautiful. I am at 6 weeks, too, but much more swollen than you. I see where I'm headed, though, and trying to be patient. Grrrr

Thank you SueHou! I still feel swollen too :( I still wear my binder a few days out of the week. .especially when I was coughing so much :(

Girl, you're perfect and thunder thighs so rock :)))) Funny, I was watching a TV show where the guy tells his girl about her thighs "guys like a woman with a solid foundation" ha ha ha ha. Anyway, I hope you love that fab bod of yours, thunder thighs and all. You look great! Thank you for sharing your pics. Keep healing well and happy holidays :)
