I've always disliked my abdomen (fat pooch), breast shape (tubular & looked droopy @16yrs old), areola size (too large), lower back fat, and small/flat back side.

After 2 kids and many ups and downs in my weight & muscle tone, I decided to take the plunge and start changing some of what I have always disliked. In May of 2013, @ 36 yrs old, I had my first procedure, a tummy tuck. It took a few months, but I fell in love with my new tummy.

So, two years later, when I was finally ready for lipo/fat grafting to my butt & a breast lift with implants, I went back to my plastic surgeon, Dr. Troy Thompson, in Round Rock. He is a complete perfectionist & master of his craft. (I actually consulted with 2 other PS before returning to Dr. Thompson's office but both surgeons missed things that Dr. Thompson pointed out, which I felt would make a significant difference in my final results.)
Anyway, needless to say, after my consultation with Dr T, I couldn't wait to get on his schedule.

One month later, my surgery is complete and I'm healing at home. I'm very swollen & bruised (as expected) from the lipo but feel great and have very little pain. I'll post updated pics as I have them.

Nice looking. What type of implants? How big or CC is it? Are you are petite girl? Happy healing.

I'm not a big girl but not small. I'm 5'5" & weighed 126 at my preop appt. the implants are Natrelle silicone implants

My right implant is 397 cc, moderate profile. My left is 330 cc, low profile. I have a rib cage that is sunken on one side & scoliosis that also complicates my shape. Dr Thompson was the only PS that made note of this and voiced the need for different sized implants for better symmetry. I'm very happy with his recommendations & his work overall.

Thanks for sharing your story. I am scheduled for tummy tuck surgery with him next month. I also consulted with several others but once I met him, I scheduled my surgery the same day!!

Good luck! Dr Thompson does amazing tummy tucks! I'm sure you'll love it. Just make sure you don't over do it the first few weeks & give yourself plenty of time to recover.

My swelling is starting to go down. My incisions are healing nicely. Can't wait until I can be done with the paper tape!

You look great, thanks for sharing! Did Dr T lower your TT incision or is it in the same place? Just curious. :)

I was curious too. What kind of revision did you have?

The day I got my tummy tuck drains out I fell in the PS parking lot. I ended up with a seroma and my incision opened a bit. This caused me to have a red, raised, tummy tuck scar. Dr Thompson simply cut out that area and closed it back up. It's healing beautifully this time.

He didn't lower it.

No doubt! I can't even imagine how bad that had to hurt. I'm glad it's healing well this go 'round.
