WORTH IT
In 2012 I was 34 A/B.
Chose 400 cc silicone for rt breast.
Chose 425 cc silicone for left breast.
High profile !

Ended up being 34 DD!!! I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs.
Now 5-4-2015 I had those removed and put in
325cc silicone for rt and 350cc for left. Moderate plus!
I'm on day 3 and I'm happy so far.
All under muscle. No before pics.. Sorry!!
The before pics would have loved looked like a petite woman with stand up straight boobies! Very stretched out looking on the side.
But now they feel like they go with my body!
I may have a little sag, but they are do much better now! And they are still swollen.

I have recently downsized as well. I went from 600 cc to 375 cc mod plus silcone. I am two weeks post op and feeling so much better about my smaller size. I'm so happy for you!!

Thanks! Glad you're also happy!!

Did they also do a lift on you? I didn't. But my sizes aren't that far apart. But I just wonder if my pocket is too large bc I hear air sounds sometimes if I lean over. In just on day 4 and hope the dr will let me know what that is when I go for 10 day post op appt.

I didn't have a lift. My doctor said I didn't nee one. He did sew the pockets laterally to fit the smaller implants.

That makes sense. Now I wonder if my dr did that to me..... Or if he didn't then ???? I definitely am looking forward to seeing him now to ask him this question. Have u put up any before/after pics?

Yes. Click on my post. I had replaced my 18 year old 385 saline implants for 600cc mod plus silicone implants in January. I was miserable. Had rippling and the larger size looked horrible on me. It didn't fit my frame and was a huge mistake. I waiting 3 months, then April 20, I downsized to 375 mod plus. So I am now 17 days post op from my third BA. I feel so much better.

You look great. Was your first procedure on top of muscle? If so, was recovery more painful under? Or about the same.
March 4, 2019
No it was under muscle. Recovery not too painful.

I think I may need to leave garment off for a bit. It's making a ripple in my waist. They said don't take it off except to shower or launder it.

Are the new, smaller implants smaller in diameter? I had my ba 9 years ago . It's a miracle i dont have synmastia. Sooner or later I'll have to be doing something about my implants, explanting, or downsizing. I consulted an exchange for the ones with smaller diameter but the ps said that unless my current ones are in a perfect. shape , he recommends refraining from any action. I'm wondering how to switch to implants with a smaller diameter feels like. My ps said pockets may feel looser and the the new ones may remain mobile, and not adhere to the wall. Any thoughts you can share?
