No big changes since the last update. Trying to tighten this holiday "fluff" that I gave myself. No regrets though...I enjoyed all of the holiday sweets that I consumed :)

most amazing result so far! did u see any difference between 1 month post op and 3 months post op?
January 31, 2017
Thank you for the sweet compliment! Looking back through pictures, I definitely remember still having some swelling at one month post op compared to three months post op. My legs were a little lumpy at one month post op.
January 31, 2017
Thank you very much! any advice on improving your post op results?
January 31, 2017
I would recommend sleeping with your legs elevated on pillows and being diligent about wearing the compression/torture device! Nutrition is also very important. Trying to eat healthy to maintain the new shape is hard but necessary! I need to take my own advice on that one :)

Your results look amazing! I just go vaser on my inner thighs 11 days ago. We're your inner thighs hard as rocks as well? I massage them every night. They are getting better but still super hard and it gets worse after walking around all day.

Just looked at your results, and they are great! My inner thighs definitely felt like rocks. I remember feeling like my skin was going to rip open when I tried to bend over. That tightness lasted longer than any place else. I want to say my inner thighs were pretty hard for close to 1.5-2 months.

Looking great ! I am still somewhat swollen at 3 months. Were you more swollen at 3 compared to now, or no difference ? Your body looks petite and really fit and I think your surgery suits you!
March 22, 2017
Hey Amy! So sorry for the late response, but the answer is yes! My legs were still relatively "hard" at the 3 month mark compared with now. Now they just feel like normal legs :) Thank you for the kind words! I hope things are going well with you!

Are you still happy with your results after 1 year? You look so petite but wanted to ask if you've noticed that if you happen to gain weight that it distributes to other areas? How are your incision scars? Is the sensation on your thighs back to normal now? Thanks! And you look amazing!

Just a quick update...no big news, just continuing to love my results! Sensation along my thighs isn't completely back to normal but continues to improve with time.

Looks great just got this update on my phone I'm obsessed since I'm getting mine soon! How tall are you just wondering ? Also did you elect to do lateral thigh or did the surgeon say she thinks you should ? The reason I ask is because I know some women only do inner or outer and some do both. Just curious why you did both, based on your pics it was very very small saddle bags.
November 12, 2016
Thank you so much! I had asked for both, because I had looked at before and after pictures from my surgeon and liked the results from inner and outer together. I will definitely say that I don't have as much of an hourglass shape now since I did both, but that wasn't a big concern of mine. Are you doing both inner and outer or just one? Can't wait to see your results! Oh, and I'm 5'5" :)

I'm 5ft 4 inch. I am very scared to lose shape since I'm athletic I feel that's all I have to me. You appear athletic as well. Did you butt reduce in size when you did the outer? Also curious if you went down in weight or pants size ?

Oh sorry I'm scheduled for both inner and outer but I'm thinking about saying no to outer
November 12, 2016
My butt is a little smaller, which I don't particularly like! I also haven't been hitting the squat rack like I need to though ;) I would definitely say go with your gut! What does your surgeon think about doing both?

He said we don't have to do the outside

It was a " he could, he couldn't " kinda attitude. Almost like it wouldn't make a difference

Did you see my pics ? What do you think since u have been through this?
November 12, 2016
Just depends on what you are ultimately wanting. If you are wanting to keep the hourglass shape then I would say not to do outer or maybe just not very much. Your waist is itty bitty, and I think the curves on your outer thighs definitely compliment that. You will have a good figure either way! You already do!

Okay thank you! My gut is saying just do the inner so they don't rub ! I figure that's the best way to go, since I have a small frame as you do as well.

Last question! Is it hell ? I have heard women are fainting and all that or it's so painful and swollen !
November 12, 2016
It's not the most glamorous experience I've ever had, but it wasn't absolutely miserable...ok, that's a lie. The first three days were pretty miserable for me. It's not necessarily pain but more like an extremely uncomfortable stiffness and heaviness in the legs. I only got lightheaded once, and it was most likely because I went back to work too soon. I'm on my feet all day at work, so it was probably too much too soon. And don't be alarmed by the drainage! It only lasts for a few days, and you want it all out!
November 12, 2016
I definitely think it was worth it and am so thankful I had it done!

Hi , I just had my inner thighs and knees done 9 days ago and I work on my feet as well...what did you do to keep the swelling down? After about two hours I'm so swolen, especially my knees and ankles. It doesn't matter if I wear my large garment or my medium, which with the swelling I'm in between. Any advice? Your legs look amazing btw!
November 13, 2016
Hey there! I had my surgery on a Thursday and went back to work the following Wednesday I believe. My ankles were a swollen mess, because I never get to sit down at work. As soon as I would get home I would elevate my legs, and I slept with a fluffy pillow under my knees. To be honest, you'll just be swollen for a little bit no matter what. My swelling stopped around 2.5-3 weeks. Thanks for the kind words! Happy healing! :)

Sorry for the lack of updates, but this has been one hectic summer! I'm still absolutely LOVING my results! This was the first summer I've ever felt super confident in shorts, bathing suits, and mini skirts. That was the most refreshing feeling in the whole world. The scars on my legs are very minimal, and no typical person would even notice them unless he/she was too close for comfort! ;) I've been back on my normal workout routine for a couple of months now, and I'm just feeling great! I'm still beyond happy that I went through with this and would recommend this surgery or Dr. Yee in a heartbeat!

Hi you look great ! I have the same body type as you and I am scared to go through with it. A couple questions... were your thighs fat or muscular? Does it make a difference in the lipo? Also, if you gain weight where will it go?
October 8, 2016
Thanks for the sweet compliment! I had relatively muscular thighs throughout college, but that was always the one spot I couldn't seem to shrink down no matter how lean I was anywhere else. I would say that the past couple of years before my surgery my thighs had made the transition to more "fatty" than "muscular." I was worried that this might cause me to have loose skin afterwards, but luckily it didn't! As far as where gained weight goes following surgery, I'm honestly not too sure. I've read in some places stating that the weight will still redistribute proportionately and other sources stating that the weight will go to areas other than the surgery site. I'm just trying my best to avoid the weight gain altogether lol, although it will be hard with holidays coming up!

Can you send or post a recent photo? I am still debating if I should do it because I really am terrified of gaining weight in other places or the fact that I'm petite I don't want to look like a child if fat is taken from my thighs if you know what I mean? Anyway do you have a thigh gap? Did the doc suck fat from the inner upper thigh or just by your knees? Thank u!!!!

You look AMAZING!!!!! Best work ive seen so far. They look slim and with a great shape! Congrats!
