Got my photos! Went in for a follow up consultation and took some more photos. I'd say there is a noticeable difference for sure. I'm very satisfied with the results. Going back in a few weeks for my bra fat treatment

Short Update on Pain

AngelGirl482
11 days post and the pain is pretty much gone. I can sleep easier at night without the ice pacts as of day 9. I did get the nerve blockers from the clinic and they are helping I think. I mainly just have pain when I press on my stomach or jump up and down. Crunches are a no-go as well (that was a painful mistake). I don't see any results but I have been checking the mirror everyday lol. I'll wait until week 3 to post a real update.

Thanks so much for sharing. I want to do this too and am following people like you to see how it goes. How long did they tell you the pain would last?
April 11, 2016
They said only a few days and by day 14 it should be completely gone. I don't feel any pain now unless I press on my stomach

Day 4 Post Treatment

AngelGirl482
The needle pain has started. I can't cough without pain, I can't wear jeans, and I can't sit straight up for any longer than 30 minutes. My lower stomach feels hard, like I have a block inside me. I'm still swollen pretty bad, I look 6 months pregnant. I hope this goes away. I'm taking Tylenol but it doesn't do anything. I may have to get the clinic to call in a prescription for me. I have a 6 hour bus ride April 7th. This will be hell!

I did mine yesterday... Thankfully my procedure went pretty smoothly.. Didn't feel the cold at all and it felt weird when the applicator was placed but that last a minute and I was fine the whole time .. Until the massage! Lol but it was tolerable. I had my sides done and lower abd with the small applicator. I am sore when I press one the areas worked on but other than that not too bad.. No pins and needle or the itching yet... But I read that it'll come in q few days..

Seeing this is making me think twice about getting my tummy done. In so sorry your in pain! I hope everything works out for you.
April 3, 2016
I can deal with it. I heard other areas are worse. The swelling is going down now and I can live with the pain as long as I ice it
April 4, 2016
I had mine done in 4/1 and I am actually already seeing a little results on my flanks and glad to say that I am only a little sore. I was able to run this morning too. I am still a little swollen though. If you have not done it, I would recommend telling your technician to use the small applicator. From what I've read so far, the larg applicator causes more pain and my technician told me the same thing. Yes, that may mean they will have to use 2 applicators for your lower and upper abdomen but I think it's worth it if it makes it less painful.

I know all about it! I hope the meds they prescribe help u seeing as they did nothing for me, the 15th day the pain subsided for me...but my stomach is flatter for sure. Im coming up on 6 weeks Tuesday but in this 6 weeks ive lost almost 10 lbs. it will be uncomfortable but u gotta push thru.

I called them today but realized it was Sunday. I have to wait until tomorrow to get an answer. As long as I keep ice on it I can get through my day. At night is the worse. Couldn't sleep last night so I took a sleeping pill and Tylenol PM to pretty much knock myself out

I slept on ice packs. I had found some small lunchbox ice packs at walmart and kept them in rotation. I would sleep on two and have two in the freezer so when those thawed i could replace and refreeze.
April 3, 2016
That's what I'm doing. My stomach is so numb I can't feel the cold anymore, but the pain is still there
April 4, 2016
Yikes I know I'm expecting it because I am reading that everyone who did it went through it... Crossing my fingers that it won't be so bad because I do not want to take the neurontin. I am feeling good today and I find that it helps to wear the spanx. Can't wait to see your pics at 16 weeks !

Just took some Benadryl tonight and that seemed to help. Not sure by but it did. I mainly took it for the itching but it also seemed to ease some of the nerve pain as well
April 5, 2016
I had mine done a few days ago. Starting to feel the pain that others refer to. Not sure what to do just yet. The thought of icing it sounds like it would be painful. Any other ideas or suggestions?

Icing helped me out a lot
